Cancellation Fees

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in case a fixed and bindingly confirmed event is cancelled. We calculate these fees as follows:

No fees will be charged for cancellations up to seven weeks before the planned start of the event.
For cancellations within seven to three weeks before the planned start of the event: 50% of the expected invoice amount
In case of cancellation within three weeks of the planned start of the event: 80% of the expected invoice amount

We also reserve the right to demand compensation in the event that the number of participants falls short of the bindingly registered number by 20% or more.

In the event that participants depart during the event and we are not notified of this in good time, i.e., at least one day in advance, we reserve the right to charge the full invoice amount (100%) for these participants as well.

Cancellation Fees for Large Occupancies

For occupancies of 500 persons or more and/or rentals of all buildings, we charge the following cancellation fees:

A deposit of 30% is due upon booking, which will be retained in case of cancellation
In case of cancellation within eight weeks of arrival, 60% of the expected invoice amount will be charged
In case of cancellation within four weeks of arrival, 80% of the expected invoice amount will be charged
In case of cancellation within two weeks of arrival, 100% of the expected invoice amount will be charged

Starting at eight weeks prior to arrival, we charge 1 € per person and night for people who are registered but do not show up.
